Is it really free?
Yes. Listing your business, claiming the page, editing your info, the message inbox and 30-day stats are free forever. Plus and Pro plans and labelled promotions are optional, whenever you want them. See pricing.
My business is already listed. Who added it?
We compiled the first listings from public directories and information businesses have published themselves. Page descriptions are written from those facts, not copied from anywhere. You can claim the page and fix it, or send a removal or correction request.
How long does verification take?
If you have an email at your website's domain or access to the business phone, you're verified the moment you enter the code. Instagram messages and documents are reviewed by a person, usually within a few business days.
Can I pay to rank higher in search?
No. Regular results are ordered by relevance to the search, completeness, verification and how up to date a page is. Paid placements are always separate and labelled “Featured” or “Sponsored”.
Why are there no reviews or star ratings?
On purpose. We don't want a page ruined by a few fake ratings or a personal feud. What matters here is accurate info and a way to get in touch; customers decide for themselves.
Can I manage the page with a colleague?
Yes. The free plan includes one manager; Plus supports up to 3 and Pro up to 10.
What if I don't want my business listed?
Tell us through the removal or correction form. You can hide just the address (for example if you work from home) or remove the whole page. A real person reads every request.
